Hey...I was looking at your starry night tutorial and It is awesome, but I can't seem to find the align and distribute dialogue box in my CS3 to randomly distribute...what am I overlooking?

The tutorial is specifically made for Inkscape. I can't believe that I forgot to mention such an important thing. XD
